A second generation now sits beside the founding chairman. The house remains privately owned, debt-light, and answerable to its residents first.

In the Owner’s Words
A house is judged by the quietness of its second decade. These are residents who have lived in a Trehan address long enough to recommend it.
We have lived in three apartments across two cities. This one is the first that has felt, in every sense, completed. Nothing has surprised us — and that, itself, is a kind of luxury.
My family has bought four homes from Trehan Group across fifteen years. There is a continuity of taste here you cannot fake — and a delivery record I cannot find elsewhere.
As an architect, I notice the things that are not there. No corner-cutting, no value-engineered downgrade between the showflat and the keys. That is the rare gift.
