    First Conversation

    By appointment · Forty-five minutes

    A call with the private client desk to understand your brief — the city, the configuration, the address you would call home. No floor plans yet, no pricing. Just listening.

  2. 02

    Site Walk-Through

    On site · Half a morning

    A chauffeured visit to the active address, walked with the principal architect or the resident manager. Tea on the eleventh-floor balcony. Time, unhurried, to feel the corridor width.

  3. 03

    Allotment, in Writing

    Same week · Signed by the principal

    A written allotment letter, signed by the chairman’s office. Configuration, floor, view-line, and handover date — every commitment named, in writing, before any payment is asked of you.

  4. 04

    Key Ceremony

    On the named date · With the resident manager

    Keys handed by the resident manager on the date in the letter. Thirty-six years, never a slipped key ceremony. The estate office begins, in person, the same morning.
